Honestly, I think my only complaint with Dreaming Mary is that the title music is so loud. could you please balance the volume a little better in the future?

Can I just say, I loved Painted Heart so much. Would you ever consider making a sequel for it? Cause that would be great haha.

Thank you so much!! *(*´∀`*)☆ The writer for Painted Heart is certainly interested and I believe Trass is too. If Chaude and Trass decide to definitively make the game then I’ll also make an announcement here, as I’ll most likely continue providing graphics and art direction.

Is November still a good estimate of Blue Dreams' release? Or do you have a different date in mind now?

I’m reinterpreting the concepts, story, and gameplay now, so it’s very very unlikely that the game will be released in November ヽ(;▽;)ノ

I don’t know when the game will be out, it just depends on how quickly I can figure out the mechanics.

The extra time will also let me figure out the visual aspects of the game. Here’s something I started yesterday for example:

Have you seen MegaGWolf's playthrough of Dreaming Mary? Hilarious. Includes: the guest co-host making inhuman squeals at the cuteness of the characters and an intermission in the form of the Sonic 06 loading screen while said co-host checks on her prairie dog. Considering the situation, I'm not sure if the prairie dog thing was legit or an excuse to mentally prepare herself.

I was wondering, do you have a transcript of what is being said in one of the endings? I have a little of it, I believe 'starlight sunshine starlight starbright moonlight star shines all right goodnight, good dream my love. sweet sweet doctor sing me _________ like a star sooooo bright, ___ing petals soo white' There is a lot that I can't exactly understand, and bit and pieces that I do. Help, please?

No problem! Here's the post with the lyrics— that is, the game size version of nightmareish and the transcript of the poem.

Incidentally, the English phrases in the title theme are excerpts from the poem: “Shine flower like a star so bright, drooping petals so white”.

Can I just say that I'm so psyched for Blue Dreams? Dreaming Mary was awesome and now I can't wait to play the next game(s). In Dreaming Mary, I wasn't being really serious while playing because I didn't know much about the game. (got really scared and surprised do to that) So when I got to Boris, I thought I'd be all sassy with him and say no. And we all know what happens after that. T0T So I was wondering if something similar to that choice/scene would be in Blue Dreams.

Okay, first off, I have to say I LOVED, absolutely LOVED Dreaming Mary. It could possibly be one of my favorite RPG horrors! Secondly, I have a question. What will Blue Dreams' plot be, if it has one yet? What is the most you can reveal without spoiling it? ^^

Hmm, I’m actually brainstorming and reorganizing the plot right now ;w; At first it was very linear and the entire progression depended on you explicitly figuring out what was happening, but I think that’s not the type of gameplay I want to present.

Trass has told me that what he wants is a game about repetition— doing the same thing over and over, being caught in a cycle, etc. So now I need to take that theme and add on to it with my ideas, while staying true to the actual story he made, so that we can have something unusual and personal in the outcome.

In the barest sense, this game is about discovering where you are and who you are, and finally, what you want to become.

I just wanted to share my experience getting my friends to play DM. Every time something weird went down (the whispering, the sprites at the end of the third round of puzzles, the other bedroom, etc) they would look at me in terror and I'd just force them to keep going. It was hilarious.

That’s how I felt watching some of the Let’s Plays, anon.
